About the release​

This release improves platform reliability by fixing issues related to duplicated activity records, backup execution stability, and Azure credential handling. It also includes improvements to logging and policy configuration to provide more consistent behavior and better troubleshooting.

This release introduces the SQL Server failover plugin and the unified Assets module. We’ve also included improvements that make the Inventory faster and more reliable, along with several bug fixes to improve overall stability and performance.

  • Fixed outdated license handling in PostgreSQL backups using the 2-step flow.
  • Various minor fixes related to small UI inconsistencies.

This release introduces a comprehensive Role-Based Access Control system for managing user permissions and improve backup plugins with MinIO support. We've also included changes to solve bugs and improve overall stability and performance.

  • Introduced Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with role assignment capabilities. Users can now be assigned Admin or Viewer roles.
  • Added MinIO integration, expanding storage options for backup operations alongside existing cloud provider support.
